  Excellent service every time I stop by to make a payment.... And I'm not even one of their clients! I would rather visit this office than the one near my home 50 miles away.

  I just bought a truck and wanted to get a policy for it. I went to the office and wanted to get a full coverage policy cause I was making payments on the truck. I started to talk to one of the people that handles the insurance claims and told him what I wanted. He then started to pressure me into getting life insurance. Which have I didn't want and clearly stated twice. He kept pressuring until I said ok. Then he told me to sign this automated machine. I asked what I was signing and he said that I could read it after I had signed. I told him that I wasn't signing anything until I read it and he told me I had to sign so the printer could print the page so I could read it. So I signed and the page was printed but it was moved when I couldn't read it. I was told to keep signing and then I could read the papers so I did. After I signed about 5 times he left the room and came back with a biohazard bag. I asked what that was for and said it was a swab kit. I told him I didn't sign anything approving the test. He said it was one of the papers I had signed. I told him he didn't tell me what I was signing and I wasn't showed any of the papers I had signed. Now I have to take my parents to the office so we can change what this guy tricked me into doing. I won't even give them one star. I'm changing insurance companies as soon as possible. These people are crooks.
